ForgeVita is set up to serve all 50 states, with state eligibility verified at intake. Availability and pricing for any specific treatment are subject to the licensure and clinical judgment of the affiliated providers in your state, and individual programs may open in different states at different times. Some treatments require synchronous (video) visits in certain states; others may be offered asynchronously.
Eligibility for treatment is determined by a licensed provider following a clinical assessment. Submission of an intake does not guarantee that any prescription will be issued. Results, timelines, and product availability may vary by individual and by state.
Understanding what's happening

What perimenopause and menopause feel like

These aren't vague midlife feelings. They have physiological explanations, and licensed providers can evaluate and address them.

Perimenopause is the years-long transition before menopause. Estrogen and progesterone levels become erratic before they decline. Sleep that stops working. Cycles that change. Heat that arrives without warning. Moods that don't match what's happening externally. These are common, and they're real symptoms with clinical explanations.

Menopause is confirmed when menstrual cycles have stopped for twelve consecutive months. The hormonal changes that cause perimenopause symptoms continue after that point. Many women find symptoms persist for years.

None of this is inevitable suffering. Licensed providers evaluate what's happening and whether hormone therapy is appropriate. Sometimes the answer is no. When it's yes, there are established treatment options that have been studied in large clinical trials.

What this program will cover

Estrogen and progesterone therapy options

The specific treatment options will be confirmed when the provider formulary is finalized. Here's what we expect the program to offer.

When this program opens, licensed providers will evaluate whether estrogen and progesterone therapy is appropriate based on a clinical assessment. The specific forms, doses, and delivery methods are determined by the provider, not by us.

No specific medications are promised in advance. No compounded formulations are mentioned here because the formulary is not yet confirmed. The provider makes every treatment decision based on your individual clinical picture.

What we can tell you: the program will follow the same structure as all ForgeVita programs. You answer a provider's questions privately. The provider decides whether treatment makes sense. If prescribed, medication ships to your door. You see every charge before you pay anything.

How evaluation will work

What a provider evaluates

The exact process will be confirmed with the provider network. This is what we expect it to look like.

Symptoms, history, and medications

You'll answer a licensed provider's questions about your symptoms, medical history, and current medications. Your answers go to the provider, privately.

Labs and state requirements

Depending on your state and clinical picture, the provider may request lab work before making a decision. Some states may require a synchronous video visit.

The provider's decision

The decision may be yes, no, or "let's look at labs first." A prescription is never guaranteed. Every charge is shown before anything is authorized.

Common questions

Frequently asked questions

Honest answers about this program and what to expect.

When does this open?
When the provider formulary is confirmed. That's not a fixed date. The notify list gets the first email when it happens.
What does it cost?
We don't list prices on this site because clinical fees are set by the licensed providers and pharmacy, not by us. Before you pay anything, the secure clinical workflow shows you every charge and exactly who you're paying. No charge happens before you see and approve it.
Which medications will be available?
That depends on the provider formulary, which isn't confirmed yet. We won't name specific medications before that's settled. The provider makes the prescribing decision based on your individual assessment.
Is hormone therapy right for everyone?
No. A licensed provider evaluates whether it's appropriate for you. Hormone therapy has contraindications, including certain personal and family medical histories. Sometimes the answer is no. The evaluation is the point.
Do I need labs before starting?
That depends on the provider's clinical judgment and your state's requirements. Some providers require labs before prescribing; others may not for initial evaluation. The provider will tell you what's needed for your specific situation.
