Start to finish

From assessment to prescription, nothing hidden.

You answer a licensed provider's questions. The provider decides. You see every charge before anything is billed. The parts other sites skip are on this page.

The steps

What happens, in order

Six stages, from the first click to ongoing care. Each one finishes before the next begins, and nothing is billed until stage four is on your screen.

  1. State check

    Your state comes first

Before anything else, we confirm your state. Programs open state by state, and there is no point answering questions for a program that is not ready where you live. If your state is not open for a program yet, you can join its list and you will get one email when it is.

  2. Assessment

A licensed provider asks the questions

Health questions happen inside the secure clinical workflow, not on this site. That is also where you see the provider entity, the consents that apply, and every charge, all before you pay anything.

  3. Provider review

    The provider decides

The provider may say yes, may say no, or may ask for more information. Some programs require lab work before a decision. Sometimes the answer is no. That is the system working, not failing.

  4. Fee disclosure

Every charge on screen before you pay

Nothing is billed without your explicit approval. The full breakdown of who charges what, and who each payment goes to, is shown inside the secure clinical workflow before any payment applies. The panel below explains exactly what you will see.

  5. Pharmacy ship

    A licensed pharmacy ships it

If treatment is prescribed, a licensed pharmacy fills it and ships it to your door in plain, unbranded packaging. Refill timing is set by your provider's prescription and the pharmacy's schedule.

  6. Follow-up

Care continues on the provider's terms

Refill cadence depends on your provider's prescription and the pharmacy's schedule. There are no long-term ForgeVita contracts and no fee to leave. Provider and pharmacy cancellation terms are their own, and they are disclosed inside the secure clinical workflow before you commit to anything.

ForgeVita is set up to serve all 50 states, with state eligibility verified at intake. Availability and pricing for any specific treatment are subject to the licensure and clinical judgment of the affiliated providers in your state, and individual programs may open in different states at different times. Some treatments require synchronous (video) visits in certain states; others may be offered asynchronously.

Billing

What you'll see before you pay

There is no charge to start, and nothing is ever billed without your explicit approval. Three kinds of charges can apply, and you see all of them before you pay.

Clinical fees

Set by the licensed providers, not by us. They vary by program and by state. Shown in the secure clinical workflow before you authorize anything.

Pharmacy charges

Set by the dispensing pharmacy. ForgeVita does not set pharmacy pricing. Shown before purchase.

ForgeVita technology fee

Where it applies, this is a technology access fee, separate from any clinical fee or pharmacy charge. You can cancel it at any time by emailing admin@forgevita.com or using the link in any ForgeVita billing email.

Shipping and cancellation

Shipping, refills, and cancellation

Medication ships in plain, unbranded packaging. Refill cadence depends on your provider's prescription and the pharmacy's schedule.

There are no long-term ForgeVita contracts and no fee to leave. Cancel the ForgeVita technology fee at any time. Provider and pharmacy cancellation terms are their own, and they are disclosed inside the secure clinical workflow before you commit to anything.

Roles

Who does what

ForgeVita builds the technology. Licensed providers make every medical decision: whether to prescribe, what to prescribe, and when to say no. Licensed pharmacies dispense and ship. We never see your clinical answers, and we never make a medical call.

ForgeVita LLC ("ForgeVita," "we," "us," or "our") is a Wyoming limited liability company that operates a technology and administrative-services platform connecting patients with independently licensed healthcare providers and pharmacies. ForgeVita is not a medical practice, pharmacy, laboratory, or healthcare provider. ForgeVita does not provide medical care, diagnose conditions, prescribe medications, or dispense pharmaceuticals.

ForgeVita is not a medical practice or healthcare provider. ForgeVita is a technology and management-services organization that enables registered users to connect with independently licensed healthcare providers and pharmacies through our clinical platform partner. ForgeVita does not employ, contract with, or supervise any provider; clinical decisions are made solely by the treating provider in their professional discretion. ForgeVita does not control or interfere with the practice of medicine.

Common questions

Frequently asked questions

What does it cost?
We don't list prices on this site because clinical fees are set by the licensed providers and pharmacy, not by us. Before you pay anything, the secure clinical workflow shows you every charge and exactly who you're paying. No charge happens before you see and approve it.
Do I pay before I know who the provider is?
No. The provider entity, the consents that apply, and the full charge breakdown are shown in the secure clinical workflow before any billing happens. You approve every charge before it applies.
Is this a subscription?
ForgeVita's technology fee, where it applies, is separate from any clinical subscription a provider or pharmacy maintains. You can cancel the ForgeVita fee at any time. Provider and pharmacy terms are shown to you before you commit.
Do I need a video visit?
Most programs will not require one. Some states or clinical situations do. If that applies to you, the provider tells you inside the secure clinical workflow before anything is billed.
What if the provider says no?
Then nothing is prescribed and you do not pay for medication. Providers may suggest other paths. A no from a licensed provider is the system doing its job.
