State-Based RoutingYour matched provider evaluates your case with full clinical discretion. The provider may approve, decline, or request additional information. Treatment is never guaranteed — clinical appropriateness is determined entirely by your provider.
Provider DiscretionIf treatment is prescribed, medication is dispensed by a licensed pharmacy and shipped directly to you in plain, unbranded packaging. Fulfillment timelines and refill terms are set by the pharmacy and disclosed in the clinical workflow.
