We built the boring parts first
Most telehealth brands start with the ads and figure out the structure later. We did it in the other order. Before this site took a single intake, we built the disclosure surfaces, the state-by-state availability rules, and the clean separation between what a technology company may do and what only a licensed clinician may do.
That separation is not a slogan. It is the architecture. ForgeVita LLC is a non-clinical technology and management services organization (MSO). Clinical services, including medical evaluation, diagnosis, prescribing, and treatment, are provided by independent licensed medical practices and providers. ForgeVita does not practice medicine or pharmacy.

What ForgeVita is, and is not
A clean separation between technology and clinical practice is the whole point of an MSO. Here is where ForgeVita ends and independent clinical care begins.
A non-clinical technology and intake platform
ForgeVita builds and operates the intake assessment forms, encrypted handoff channels, and partner integrations that connect patients with independent licensed providers. We are a software and management services layer, not a care delivery organization.
Not a medical practice, prescriber, or pharmacy
ForgeVita employs no physicians, nurse practitioners, physician assistants, or pharmacists in a clinical capacity. We issue no prescriptions, make no diagnoses, and exercise no clinical judgment. All medical decisions are made solely by independent licensed providers.
A disclosure surface
Before clinical care begins, patients see the charges, the provider entity responsible for their clinical care, and the consents that apply. The disclosures happen on screen, in the same flow as the assessment, in plain language.
Not the clinical or dispensing chain
Clinical evaluation, treatment decisions, and dispensing are outside ForgeVita's scope. Independent licensed providers have full and sole discretion over clinical appropriateness. Independent licensed pharmacies manage dispensing and shipping. ForgeVita does not control or override either party.
Four stages, two responsibilities
ForgeVita handles stages one and two. Independent licensed providers and pharmacies handle stages three and four. There is no overlap.
Assessment
Patient completes a health assessment through ForgeVita's intake form. Responses are encrypted in transit and sent to the clinical platform partner serving that state and program.
ForgeVitaSecure handoff
The clinical platform partner takes over. Provider entity, applicable consents, and the full charge breakdown are disclosed to the patient before any clinical evaluation or billing begins.
ForgeVitaIndependent clinical review
A licensed independent provider reviews the intake, evaluates clinical appropriateness, and makes the medical decision: yes, no, or "send labs first." ForgeVita has no role at this stage.
Independent providerPharmacy ships
If a prescription is issued, an independent licensed pharmacy reviews, dispenses, and ships the medication directly to the patient. ForgeVita is not the dispensing entity and has no pharmaceutical oversight.

Privacy by design
Intake data is encrypted in transit and sent only to the clinical platform partner evaluating that patient. ForgeVita does not sell, rent, or monetize patient health data.

ForgeVita operates only in program categories supported by established clinical literature and where independent licensed providers routinely manage care through telehealth.

State by state
Availability is set state by state to reflect each jurisdiction's telehealth laws, provider licensure, and program-specific rules. State and program eligibility is verified at intake. The State Availability page reflects current status; eligibility means the program is open, not that any specific treatment is guaranteed.
Compliance-forward operations
The MSO model ForgeVita operates under is designed to maintain structural separation between technology services and clinical practice. This is not a legal workaround. It is the architecture required for a technology platform to support clinical care without practicing medicine.
No clinical override
Independent licensed providers have full discretion to decline any case for any clinical reason. ForgeVita does not set clinical guidelines, influence prescribing decisions, or create volume-based incentives for providers. A provider declining a case is the system working correctly, not a failure state.
