ForgeVita is set up for all 50 states and DC. We still check your state first, at intake, because provider licensing rules vary and we only move forward where everything lines up. Testosterone is waitlist-only in every state while the controlled-substance workflow is validated.

Important: Configured means that state/program combination is enabled in ForgeVita's current routing configuration. Live submission and clinical review still depend on the secure clinical workflow being active and verified before clinical evaluation or billing begins.

Testosterone requests are currently waitlist-only until the controlled-substance workflow is validated state-by-state. When reopened, TRT may require identity verification, labs, video, or in-person follow-up depending on state law and clinical judgment.

Each state maintains its own telehealth prescribing laws, provider licensure requirements, and platform regulations. ForgeVita's routing rules are configured only for states where the independent clinical network holds appropriate licensure and where applicable state rules permit the telehealth workflows we support. As state laws evolve or new provider partnerships are established, routing configurations are updated accordingly.

Controlled Substance Restrictions

TRT & Controlled-Substance Routing

Testosterone Replacement Therapy (TRT) involves Schedule III controlled substances under federal law. States impose varying restrictions on telehealth prescribing of controlled substances, some prohibit initial prescriptions via telemedicine without a prior in-person visit, others impose specific monitoring requirements. ForgeVita's TRT routing remains on waitlist in states where current regulations create compliance complexity, or where partner clinical workflows are not yet activated for controlled-substance prescribing.
